After seeing how nice all the walls and decor looked, we straight up couldn’t deal with seeing a concrete floor. Did some research on finding the best and easiest flooring for putting directly on concrete. We went with LifeProof vinyl from Home Depot. Waterproof, sturdy, has a built-in subfloor, and looks great! Jason did the entire floor in a weekend.

I painted and installed the trim.
(Ignore the back door that still needs to be trimmed out. We may be installing a storm door there, and haven’t figured out how to approach that just yet.)
