Every tiki bar needs shelves to display its ever-growing collection of tiki mugs! I did not follow the general rule of thumb for tiki mug shelves which is “consider the amount of shelving you think you need… and double it.” But, I have plans to add extra (super funky) shelving down the road, so it’s no biggie.

I used some cherry wood we had leftover from a previous project, planed it down, cut it, stained it. Used some brackets from Amazon, and bam. Beautious.

Also, I got a couple of these totally rad glass floats for the low, low price of $20/each at Home Emporium.
