Another Fast Track It find… Amazon sells a fantastic line of mid-century modern furniture called Rivet, and the pieces can get kinda pricey. These swiveling bar stools pop up periodically, so I’ve been keeping tabs. The first time I saw them, they sold for $30 a piece which at the time I didn’t really feel like spending. Good thing I held out, because I won these beauts in two separate auctions for way less.

They each had a piece broken off (the exact same piece, coincidentally) but I drilled and chiseled the old tenons out, made some new ones, and glued them back in. Took a couple hours as I’m not an experienced woodworker, but it worked out pretty well and you can’t even tell they were broken.
